Once an order has been submitted, please allow up to 72 hours for it to be processed and shipped (generally orders will ship out sooner than this). All orders are shipped from the LifeProof Distribution Center in the state of Colorado via FedEx (standard shipping) or FedEx SmartPost unless otherwise specified. No orders are processed or shipped on Sundays.
Upon shipment you will receive an e-mail notification containing tracking information so that you can view the status of your order. Please note the following FedEx delivery requirements: There is no signature required for deliveries to residential addresses. If the driver feels that it is "unsafe" to leave the package, then they will leave a note stating the options that you have for getting the package.
FedEx SmartPost Shipping
By utilizing the United States Postal Service (USPS) for final delivery, FedEx SmartPost is able to reach any domestic address, including PO boxes. Estimated shipping times have been provided below. Please keep in mind; these time frames include our processing period, which can take up to 72 business hours.

All international orders are shipped via FedEx. The cost of shipping is calculated automatically based on weight and location and includes any associated duties and taxes. You will be able to view shipping charges before you submit your final order. Please note we are obligated by law to declare the proper value on all shipments.
Shipping to an APO Address
By utilizing FedEx SmartPost, LifeProof is able to offer shipping to military addresses. Please allow 2-6 weeks for delivery.
If one or more of the items in your order is out of stock, your order will not ship until all items are available (applicable to both international and domestic orders). Once your order ships, you will receive tracking information shortly thereafter.
