Waiting & Wanting
Waiting: to use the 32L pack to climb Half Dome next year. I purchased it this past "Black Friday", NOV 29, 2019.
Wanting: the 32L pack to be improved just a little bit more (I called LifeProof's customer service in Fort Collins, CO today. I requested a black zipper pull cord for the lower left side "stash pocket"; I assumed someone in the build/assembly factory forgot to install/attach one.
(Note all other external zippers have pull cords attached. Zipper pull cords are a smart idea to make it easier to open & close zippers when hands are cold and/or covered in gloves)
A nice young lady in customer service, checked with her supervisor who she said stated there is no zipper pull cord installed/attached to the lower left side "stash pocket" zipper at the factory! And, LifeProof doesn't stock replacements to send to its customers. She said they'll bring up this issue in their next meeting.
I'm waiting for LifeProof to send me at least one, preferably two (to have a spare black zipper pull cord). I'll be disappointed, if after reading my review, LifeProof does not get a couple of them mailed to me to complete the 32L backpack. I have watched & wanted to buy this backpack for 3 years (last year's/2018 "Black Friday" did not have the black pack in stock.

Best ever
Anybody who needs a bag with space should buy this period no explanation needed this is what you’re looking for in a bag. Comes with many spaces & spots someone seen me with bag ON THE FIRST day it came & tried to purchase it for $250 & it doesn’t cost that. I declined btw & that should tell you how much it is worth from my & the other persons perspective.

Everyday in the backcountry
I recently put my new backpack into service. I’m a full time backcountry guide in the Alaskan coastal rain forest. I use this pack every time I hop out of the boat to go ashore with clients. It is the perfect size for all the things I need to have with me, best of all it has plenty of well organized compartments so I can quickly locate my gear. The compartment for my big iPad with its Lifeproof case is actually large enough to get Easily out. It is comfortable to wear but not too bulky. I love the extra straps to attach my coat or spotting scope. It also so far seems remarkably weather resistant as it has been out in the harsh elements daily and is holding up well. This pack it a great choice!

Best backpack I've owned
Got this backpack for daily use and travel. Just got back from an excursion out of the country and this thing is awesome! Used it as my carry-on for the plane... tons of storage and the back padding and straps rock, even when you have it on for hours trekking through the airport. I actually ended up buying my husband the same bag when we returned from our trip after he complained how his current backpack was so uncomfortable. This bag is well worth the money... comfort, space/storage, and durability. I look forward to using this thing for a LONG time!

School backpack
The middle pocket is too small for my binders. The opening needs to be larger.
