Sailling on a catamaran Hobie cat 21 formula
We sailed last week, in Britany "Mer d'Iroise, for four days.
Departure from "Le Faou, Ile d'Arun
First stop : Le Conquet, plage des blancs sablons
2nd stop : Ile Litiri
3rd stop : Ile Molène
4th stop : Camaret
5th : back to Ile d'Arun, le Faou.
We ha a constant wind other 25 kt/h
A 0,8 to 1m high swell with a short period of 3s
Th conditions were rough for a 6.50 m boat, but we made it.
My iPhone 8+, that I use to read the map, stayed on my tigh most of the time, including during the maneuvers.
The lock is very precious on the LIFEACTIV ARMBAND WITH QUICKMOUNT.
With the salt the system is getting a little tough to turn, but it still works.
I had to sew two little straps on my sailing pants, to hold the LIFEACTIV ARMBAND WITH QUICKMOUNT Strap, to hod it above my knee.
That stuff is working really find and securely for sailing.
I recommend it.

Works like a charm
I bought this 2 weeks ago and used it a couple of times already and I'm a big fan of it. Especially because it has 3 size specific armbands, so your size arm doesn't matter, you will always be able to use it. Fits perfectly, and feels good. I would recommend this to everyone!

Really like the concept. It's a bit flappy when you're running but I just rotated it toward the back of my arm and it was ok. A little frustrating with the mount on the back of the phone but it does provide a little ledge to grab with your finger when using it one handed. Keen to get the car mount and capitalise on the universal attachment

Came unstuck
The sticky pad came unstuck while I was running, even though I followed the instructions to press it on. The weight of my phone seems to jar and tug at the connector bit, but I would have thought this design should combat that, especially considering it’s one of the more expensive options. Not very impressed and wouldn’t really recommend, especially for larger phones that might jar more
