I want to return it
Purchased this case to protect my new 7th Generation iPod Touch. Already have a LifeProof case for an iPhone and am happy with it. I bought the iPod case based on that experience, my bad. If I had read the reviews, I would have gone elsewhere. That said, he’s my review. 1. The site claims the case is compatible with the 7th Generation, it’s not. The top of the case or screen protector, more commonly called a thin piece of semi-rigid plastic film, with a cohesive applied around the edge, is wider than the iPod. No matter how many times you run your finger around the edge, it will not adhere, because the cohesive is not touching any part of the iPod case. 2. Since I can’t get the screen protector to adhere at all, I cannot honestly review the ability of the case to be water proof. So moving on. When the iPod is snapped in the hard case, the power and volume control buttons do not work. That’s not entirely true. If I use the tip of my index finger nail and depress the power button hard enough to risk the structural integrity of the case it will turn off. No amount of pressure allows the volume controls to function through. I’ve reached out to LifeProof to return the case for a full credit, but I’ve yet to hear back from them.

Pretty okay
I bought this for my 10 year old. She got an ipod for her birthday. Wish it had a cover that was more like my phone case instead of a sheet that you stick on.

Not!
I thought it would be like the one I have on my iPhone but it’s not! It’s a 1 piece with a screen protector. I use it on my Harley so I don’t think it will be as weather proof as they say! Not what I expected!

Doesn't fit correctly
I ordered 2 cases for my daughters. One fit ok, but the buttons were hard to push. The second one would not fit correctly and couldn't use the buttons at all. Also, the front of the case is just a plastic stick-on film.

Best available
This is the best available case to protect iPod. Easy to encase. Seals are great. 1 and only thing I don’t like, is the adhesive screen protector. You have to remove adhesive screen protector if you want/need to take out. The protector is NOT reusable. Only 2 come with the case. Solid buy for your iPod.

Not what I expected
This is a plastic backing with a sticker to cover the front. I ordered a lifeproof case for the kids because I was expecting waterproof, etc etc. The same as I expect for my cell phone. $50 for these is way too much.

Poor Quality
I purchased this case for an Ipod and was totally disappointed. My whole family has Lifeproof cases for Iphones which we are very please with the quality but the Ipod case doesnt even remotely compare and made out of cheap, poor quality material. Definitely not worth the money.
