Definitely can take some hits
I had one of these previously and it had saved my iPhone X soooo many times. After the umpteenth drop I realized I desperately needed to purchase another because wouldn’t have been the covers fault lol.. so happy with this product!!

I like and dislike the case. I know my phone is 100% safe and I’m not afraid to drop it. But pushing the volume buttons and trying to screenshot is quite a challenge. I’ve had my case in for a couple weeks and it’s not getting any easier trying to push the side buttons.

Beautiful case but useless
As far as aesthetics, this case is exactly what I hope for, I love the way it looks. BUT the case makes the buttons impossible to push while the phone is in the case. I though maybe I could live with it, but it effects everything I do. I can’t take pictures easily, use Apple Pay, take screen shots or even turn the phone on and off. I turned my phone off yesterday and could not turn it back on for 20 minutes because my fingers simply are not strong enough to depress the buttons. It’s a shame because I wanted to love this case but will have to look for another one instead. I have ALWAYS loved lifeproof cases but when it come to protection for the iPhone X they have let me down and I will need to branch out and look for another brand I can love.

Too hard to push buttons
I bought this a few weeks ago will continue to use it because it should protect my phone. However the buttons are way too hard to push you can hardly get the volume turned up and down

The buttons. Really?!?
I bought this with the intention of using it for wireless charging, which it did not let me down. but I do not love this case, not even a little bit. I have never had a phone case be such a bother in all the years of the smartphone. The volume buttons require the force of Thor’s mighty hammer to activate them and the wake/sleep button is the exact same. One would think that during the hundreds of thousands spent to produce and market a product that they would have at least thought to make it functional. I think I will be setting up a refund.
