However, they don't seem to last very long for me. Either the material breaks down, the sound ports become irreversibly clogged, or... Nevertheless, even after trying other cases, it's the only case I come back to and use.

The latch covering my charging port on my Fre will not stay closed. This is the 2nd one that has developed this issue. What can be done? Love the case, hate this issue.

Is my phone still water proof even thought one of  the speaker protections fell off

The Videos say to use a case key, should this have come with my case?

Occasionally, the case key misses its ride and doesn't make it into the case packaging, but instead of the key, you can use anything with a flat edge, such as a coin!

Yes! We're huge fans of seeing our cases out on the open seas! The FRĒ is submersible for 2 meters, and for one hour. Just make sure to water test the case before any major water exposure!
