This is my second case, the first one started losing the rubber bumper next to the charging point cover. The store refunded my money and I immediately bought the same cover again, even though I could have bought any other, the reason being it is so good at protecting my iPad. After two low level falls and one or two drops in the bath my iPad is as good as new. The only negative is that it makes it a little heavy, you get used to that though.

Off to work we go!!
I drive tractor trailers for UPS and I needed my iPad for work but was nervous about taking with me because I couldn’t find a case that I could trust to protect it. That’s until I found the NÜÜD for this size iPad! Now the only thing I worry about is if something hits and cracks the screen! But I love the case just wish there was one with screen protection just like the phone cases completely enclosed! And wish it had some type of stand that would allow it to be adjusted at almost any angle! Also some type of mount for vehicles! Different colors would be nice also!

I’m worried about the sealing
It’s been a while since I bought the case directly from you guys. When I finally wanted to put it on, I discovered the irregularity in the seal. While the rest of the deal is cylindrical and smooth, I found one spot of the seal, at the top segment of the case, flattened and seemed damaged. Now I dare not encase my iPad Pro into the case for fear of leakage. Please help. Thanks.

Love it despite the power button
As always Lifeproof has designed a smart, lightweight, and reliable product. I am very happy with it, despite the terrible connection for the power button. I hope they redesign that part.

iPad 12.9inch NUUD cover
I bought this after having several lifeproof cases for my iPhone thinking it would be the same style protecting the iPad from dust and dirty fingers of a building site however realised after taking it out of the pack it doesn’t have any protection for the screen. Would’ve preferred one with a cover. Ended up just buying a $35 laptop case. Offers way more protection during transport etc

where's protective plastic cover?
Where is the protective plastic cover that doubles as a stand? I had previously bought this same case (NÜÜD) about three years ago and it came with a plastic cover that doubled as a stand. It's the reason I came back and bought this brand again. But to my dismay, there is no cover included. The NÜÜD is awesome because you get to touch the screen but without that plastic cover, this case is not as travel worthy. Plus there is no stand now. LIFEPROOF bring back that cover/stand. Please make it an option for purchase.

Where’s the butter knife?
Love my new case for my IPAD PRZ, however the power button is almost entirely impossible to turn off and on without a knife or really long fingernails to push it in. It is the same wonderful case I have on all my devices. I do not have this problem on any of the other cases. I find myself carrying a butter knife to push the button . So I give ya a 6 out of 10....sorry...than button has to work!

Does using a screen protector with the Lifeproof case compromise the waterproof capability?
Yes - the NÜÜD is made waterproof with seals that go around the screen of your device. Since we are unable to test our products with third-party accessories, there is a risk that the screen protector might interrupt the seal, which would compromise the waterproof integrity. Because of this, we usually don't recommend using tempered glass screen protectors in conjunction with the NÜÜD series.

Does this fit Model A1652. I am not sure if that is a first or second gen.
The model number you provided is for the iPad Pro 12.9 - 1st Gen. Therefore, unfortunately this particular case is not considered compatible with that iPad.

Does this case come with a screen protector? I plan on keeping the silicone case with the apple keyboard for office work then switching to the Lifeproof case when going out to a construction site.

No, this NÜÜD series does not come with a headphone adapter. However, it does have a headphone jack plug, so when the cover is closed, this case is still fully waterproof!

Why will this new 12.9’ Lifeproof case Not fit the first Gen of Ipad Pro’s ? Have been waiting for this case for 1.5 years
Unfortunately, the new iPad Pro (12.9-inch) (2nd Gen) case is not considered compatible with the (1st Gen) version. Although the two devices may be similar in size, the new iPad has a few new features that we designed this case around, including a flash function, and an additional microphone on the back.
