I previously posted a review, but that did not make the cut - very disappointed in both LifeProof for not posting my review and the product. I loved LifeProof and my husband has had one since inception, but he has an iPhone and I have the Samsung 4. I purchased two cases within 3 months (yes, that is a true statement) and the power/port cover broke on both cases. After the first one, I thought maybe it was just a bad one, but after having the 2nd LifeProof for less than one month and the same thing happened, I know it has to be something in the model and it was not just one bad case. I also posted the same response on Amazon to ensure the word gets out, I hate to see people spend 90 bucks on a case that doesn't work. No response ever from LifeProof is even more disappointing. Good luck all - maybe it's just me, but I am an executive by day and only a runner by night. I am not hard on my phones, I was just looking for the protection I needed from the elements.
