Why is my payment not accepted or my order not going through?

There may be several reasons why your order may not have gone through:
- The billing address that you provided does not match the billing address where the card statement is mailed to.
- There are insufficient funds on the card.
- The security code submitted is incorrect. The security code is found on the back of the card on most credit cards. The security code is generally a three digit number. For American Express users the security code is a four-digit number printed above your account number on the front of your card.
- An incorrect credit card number or expiration date was submitted.
