There is dust in my case

We always recommend that you check that your LifeProof is completely sealed before subjecting your device to any environments that may include water or fine dusts. We also encourage you to maintain good care of your LifeProof Case. Please view the LifeProof Care video to learn how you can maintain and extend the life of your case. If you are able to identify a problem or breach that allows dust into your case please contact our customer service department.
