Gary A. Rayner, MBA, M. Eng. Sci

Founder & CEO

Gary Rayner is the founder, visionary, and CEO of TreeFrog Developments.  A serial entrepreneur and designer, who over the past 17 years has successfully started and grown four different USA-based high-tech ventures whose products have grossed over $150 million in revenues, including DriveCam Video Systems that was recently ranked #30 ‘Top Ranked Venture Backed Company’ by the Wall Street Journal .  Gary has been awarded five international patents, and has shown leadership skill in his roles as Founder, Chairman of the Board, CEO, and Director.  Gary received his Masters of Business Administration (Concentration Marketing) and his Masters of Engineering Science from one of Australia’s top universities - Queensland University of Technology.

Dan Koziol, BA (Hons), MBA (Marketing)

Executive Vice President

Dan draws his experience in developing FMCG businesses throughout international markets in Asia-Pacific, North America, and Europe. His experience ranges from Brand and Marketing Management in blue chip FMCG companies in Australia, General Manager Sales & Marketing (Sanitarium UK), and Marketing Director of So Good International (UK) – a Dupont Life Sciences company. He took the Australian soya milk, brand ‘So Good’ internationally and developed it to market leadership in Canada and Britain.  In 2001 Dan founded The Big Idea Market Development in London’s West End a consultancy for international food businesses where he was Managing Director. Dan represented the National Food Industry Strategy in the UK – an Australian government initiative that partnered with major retailers in the UK and internationally developed major Australian food brands such as Darrell Lea and Campell’s biscuit brand, Arnotts.

Peter Armstrong, BS, MBA, EPSE

Vice President of Engineering 

Peter Armstrong is accomplished in all phases of product development, from concept to launch. His background includes 20 years of experience in R&D, skilled leadership of multi-disciplinary teams, and innovative technical contributions for medical device, commercial, and defense products. Peter is an excellent leader with a track record of documented contributions leading to revenue creation, improved product performance, and heightened team productivity. Prior to LifeProof, he was Engineering Project Manager at SeQual Technologies and held engineering positions with Overland Storage and Medtronic, among others. Peter has a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from UC San Diego, an M.B.A. from San Diego State University and an Executive Perspective for Scientists and Engineers (EPSE) diploma from UC San Diego. He has been granted several patents and is a registered professional engineer.
